"Replacement Part: Excellent Service"
I needed a replacement part for my Keter storage unit. It was damaged due to frost and was not under warranty.

Keter organised the replacement part and didn't even charge me. Great service!

"Good product, acceptable but not brilliant service"
I purchased a Store It Out Max storage unit. Despite weighing 28Kg and being a huge box, it was sent using a "one man" delivery service and consequently two items were damaged in transit. Telephoning the Customer Service number, which appears to be a Birmingham number, appears to transfer to a non-UK number judging by the ringing tone and the non English accent of the person who answered the phone. Customer Service is rather a misnomer as the person couldn't/wouldn't do anything to sort the problem other than direct me to the website to fill out a form and send photographs. I find that a bit frustrating, but maybe I'm just old-school for thinking that a Customer Service agent is supposed to provide customer service. Anyway, things got better from that point. I filled out the form, sent photographs and got a response within a couple of hours telling me that one of the items as out of stock but I could have it in a different colour, or replace the whole storage unit, or have partial refund because of the damage. I opted for the first choice and received the replacement parts three days later. I would have hoped for a next-day delivery service in the circumstances, but I guess three days is not too bad. I was then able to complete the construction of the unit, and I am very pleased with the result. So, overall, a good product, some less than perfect interaction with Customer Service and a satisfactory but not outstanding customer experience. Better packaging and handling by the delivery company would have obviated the need for Customer Service involvement anyway.

"Sorted but a shame the initial contact didn't sort it"
After a false start trying to get a replacement lid for our storage box that had been damaged by a third party I finally got to contact a Very helpful Gentleman in the Complaints department who not only found the lid I needed but dispatched it and we received it the following day, Thank you Keter my box is secure and weather proof again

"No better"
Why on earth after I complained 6 months ago about a broken Keter Store it out ultra Wood effect Plastic Bike store being delivered, would you send me two new sides, I no longer need them as B & Q kindly replaced them when we could get no reply from yourselves. My husband has just rang up to ask for them to be collected and told no you don't collect, and could we dispose of them, why would you rather we disposed of them than collect them, they wont fit in our car so what else do you suggest?

"Replacement parts fiasco"
I purchased 3 Keter Store it out boxes in June 2022. Unfortunately the hydraulic hinges have failed on one box. I contacted Keter and after using their online system it seemed that they would send me replacement hinges. At the same time I was notified they were out of stock!
2 months later I still waiting for the hinges. Several emails I have sent asking for an update have been ignored. I am struggling to use this box the lid is too heavy for me to hold open. Could someone from Keter let me know what is happening with this. I don’t think it’s unreasonable that I now get a replacement box or a refund.

"Excellent Aftercare Service"
I purchased two Keter Westwood Storage Boxes and during assembly I discovered that one plastic lid guide had been damaged in transit, plus the main lid hinges were slightly different on each box - one set fitted and the other did not. I contacted Customer Service who were very responsive and despatched a replacement lid guide that day. They acknowledged the differing hinge issue and arranged for the correct hinge set to be issued asap. However they were experiencing a supply chain challenge (as most of the world continues to face) and the 'correct hinges' were on back-order and they were expediting their vendor. Just after Hogmanay I received the two correct hinges in the post. Unfortunately, I had to wait two months but, true to their word the correct hinges were delivered. Great Customer Service !
Even though I didn't install the hinges on the box at assembly, I used the box to store things with the lid lying on the box. Still wind and water tight.

In Summary: A good Product and very good Customer Service

"This company is a disgrace"
This company is a disgrace! My order came this morning after waiting ages and there is a part missing. Was told I can’t speak to customer service and to send an email. The woman I spoke to refused to give me her name and just told me to send an email. Absolute joke

"Excellent customer service"
I had an issue develop with the lid of my storage product a few months after I bought via Argos, and was told that spare parts were not in stock.

However, Jack from the Keter UK email customer service team kindly processed a full refund for the faulty product, which I feel is going above and beyond. The response time was quick, UK based, and pleasant to deal with.

Readers should be mindful that the reviews on this page seem exclusively from people that have a part faulty or missing - those who have purchased and didn't have issues (presumably the majority) don't seem to be adding their experience here.

My advice to those who have issues is to email the UK support team address. As of Jan 2023, the customer service seems much improved. You do need to specify the product and part number that needs replacing, as well as a photo. I didn't find this onerous - it makes sense to me.

I would purchase from Keter again in the future.

"Very happy with customer service"
Had a 5-year old keter shed leaky roof contacted the company had to send them proof of purchase got new roof panels all the screws we needed within a matter of weeks. Read the reviews on here it was rather concerned but actually it was a very smooth transaction.

"Product quality excellent"
Product quality excellent, instructions missing but got them online, unfortunately they were old and the design had changed, contacted customer services who were really helpful, and eventually we got it made with some minor amendments. I’ve bought before and will buy again and whilst this experience was not perfect the company did all they could to make it right

Needed a replacement lid for a Store It Out Premier XL shed. E-mailed the customer support team and got a reply straight away from Jack, who arranged for a replacement. Just waiting now for an update on delivery. Great service !!

"Resolution"
We bought a Keter shed in September last year, like other reviewers on here certain parts were missing. The initial contact with customer services was awful, but thanks to Debra who escalated the matter, resolution happened yesterday!
Thank you Debra and huge thanks to Jack who was professional, polite and thoroughly understanding of the issues.
To Keter management the above two employees are a credit to your company.

"Spent £400 on 6x4 Darwin shed and it’s…"
Spent £400 on 6x4 Darwin shed and it’s missing a part on arrival. Also took 3 of us 2 6hour days to build most of it (can’t finish it without the part for the window. We are all pretty practical people with experience in furniture building. carpentry and building so the 2hour build time is a joke. It’s gone together eventually but multiple parts of the plastic have broken in the process and it tilts to the side which seems to normal problem for these sheds as the instructions state that we need an additional wedge to prevent it from tilting which isn’t provided.

Edit: thanks for your reply keter. I contacted the help email address and have been told the part isn’t in stock and given no indication of when it will be in stock so for now the shed has no window. I’m downgrading to 1* and hope people will avoid this company in future
