"More upkeep than I was hoping for"
At first it looked decent, but for a shed, too much cleaning it needs. Dirt gets stuck in all the little grooves, and the panels I feel like I’m wiping constantly. For outdoor storage, this wasn’t really what I had in mind.

"Not the best in heavy rain"
I really wanted this to work well outdoors, but it actually started leaking after just one storm. I expected it to hold up a lot better in heavy rain

"First impression was solid"
My first impression of Keter was positive, and that kind of stuck with me. I’d heard of the brand before, so ordering didn’t feel like much of a gamble. The products generally seem well-reviewed and reliable. I wouldn’t say everything is perfect, but overall I’d feel comfortable buying from them again

"Nice products, but availability and quality make me hesitate"
I’ve generally had a good experience with Keter products, but getting the exact one I wanted was more frustrating than expected. Certain colors and sizes were out of stock for ages, and there wasn’t really a clear update on when they’d be back. The site itself is easy enough to use, which helps, but the stock situation feels hit or miss. I also found myself wondering a bit about the quality consistency, since some items seem great while others make me pause before buying. For now, I’d say 3 stars...

Ordered from keter and the item showed up in good shape, no damage or anything. Took longer than I thought it would, though, and tracking barely updated along the way. Not a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother...

I had to return a storage box because it showed up cracked, which was a bit annoying since I was already in a tired mood that day. The return form was easy enough to fill out, and my refund came through after about a week. It wasn’t instant, but support did reply and get it sorted, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

"Easy enough to put together"
From what I remember, I had the keter storage box built in under an hour. The instructions were clear, and most of the pieces clicked together without any fuss. I did have to go back and double-check one step, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Box arrived smashed up"
i was disappointed when this showed up. I ordered from Keter and the packaging just felt really flimsy. The box was thin, banged up, and already half open by the time it got to my door.
The parts were shifting around inside because there was barely any padding. A couple of the corners had scuffs and dirt on them too, which is frustrating when you’re buying something brand new.
I know deliveries can get knocked around, but this seemed poorly packed from the start. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging.

"Decent, but I still feel like I had to settle"
The quality is decent and the price is fair overall, but I can’t help feeling like I’m always the one who has to accept “good enough” instead of getting something that really feels worth it. It’s not a bad purchase, just not something that made me feel especially satisfied...

"A bit disappointing for the price"
I bought this Keter storage box for the garden hoping it would be perfect for all my cushions and a few tools, but I felt a bit let down. It looks roomy from the outside, but the inside space is smaller than I expected because of the shape and the lid parts taking up room. My chair cushions only fit if I really squash them in, which is frustrating. It does keep things mostly dry, so that’s a plus, but the hinges feel awkward and it doesn’t open as smoothly as I’d hoped. It’s not awful, but for the price I expected it to be a lot more useful.

"Worth it and better for less waste"
I bought this storage box because I liked that it’s made with recycled plastic, i’m glad I did. It feels sturdy and useful, not flimsy at all. In my opinion, it’s a smart buy if you want something practical without adding as much plastic waste.

"Looks nice, but not the coziest"
I picked up a Keter chair for the garden, it does look really nice out there. I was happy with it at first, but after sitting in it for a while, my mood kind of dipped because the seat starts to feel a bit hard. The back support isn’t amazing either, so it’s not the chair I’d choose if I wanted to properly relax for a long time. It’s totally fine for a quick coffee outside or a short sit in the sun, and the setup was easy, which was a nice little win. Overall, it’s okay, but comfort-wise I’d give it 3 stars.

"Checkout felt too risky"
I tried ordering a storage box, but the website kept freezing right at checkout. The payment page loaded twice, and I started worrying I might get charged more than once, so I didn’t want to keep pushing it. Then I waited ages with no clear confirmation email, and the customer service link just sent me around in circles. At that point, I figured it was safer to stop and order from somewhere else. Frustrating experience.

"Solid little storage box"
I’m happy with this for keeping garden bits tucked away. It feels secure enough, and the lock holes lined up fine so I just added my own padlock. It’s not exactly Fort Knox, but it does the job well for everyday use. I’d definitely use one of these again if I need more outdoor storage.

"Looks better than I expected"
I ordered from keter.com mostly because the design looked clean and modern, but I was a bit worried it might look cheap in person. Thankfully, it actually looks better than I expected. The color is nice and not overly shiny, which was one of the things I was nervous about. It fits in really well with my garden furniture and makes the area look a lot tidier. I’m usually quick to notice when something looks plasticky or out of place, but this really doesn’t. Happy with it overall.
